Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us immediately at customersupport@themontx.com for a swift replacement or refund.

 

Customized products, final sale items, and innerwear or undergarments cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

 

Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
